(English) Request of Expressions of Interest Consultancy for organizational development to strengthen capacity of ONG Positive Initiative

The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center) is currently implementing the “Strengthening HIV Control in Moldova” Project, which is funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include organizational development to strengthen capacity of ONG Positive Initiative.

The PAS Center now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. The Consultants are hereby invited to submit their updated CV. Please note that the PAS Center is not bound to accept any of the CVs.

The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
Interested consultants may obtain Terms of Reference (ToR) from the site: www.pas.md
The PAS Center will select a consultant on the basis of comparison of consultant’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.
