As part of the country program for the period 2013-2017, UNFPA will strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to mobilize and empower community networks, deliver interventions aimed at preventing HIV and sexually transmitted infections, and encourage the use of sexual and reproductive health and HIV services. To contribute to this objective, A.O. “Inițiativa Pozitivă” aims to contribute towards improving services for people living with HIV and psychoactive substance users (PSU) in the sphere of sexual and reproductive health (SRH). Based on an assessment of NGO services and the need of PSU and PLWH in the sphere of SRH and SRR, the assignment will contribute to improved capacity of NGO personnel in the field of SRH and SRR through development and implementation of a four days advanced capacity building training for NGO personnel.
A.O. „Iniţiativa Pozitivă” invites qualified experts to express their interest to undertake the work described in the terms of reference. Elligibility will be assessed on the basis of submitted CVs.
Candidates will be evaluated in accordance with procedures established in the Guide for Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
Applications, consisting of the expert’s CV, may be submitted by fax, post, or at our address below before the deadline: 13 June 2014, 12:00.
Evaluation of expert CVs will be based on the criteria described in the «Terms of Reference». The candidate with the best qualifications will be invited to sign a contract.
The selected expert will be required to respect the Corporate Code of Conduct for Suppliers developed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria:
