c To contribute to this objective, A.O. “Inițiativa Pozitivă” aims to contribute towards improving services for people living with HIV and psychoactive substance users (PSU) in the sphere of sexual and reproductive health (SRH). Based on an assessment of NGO services and the need of PSU and PLWH in the sphere of SRH and SRR undertaken in 2013, this assignment includes the development of a manual for NGO staff on SRH and technical and assistance for NGO to implement the manual in practice. In addition, the expert will contribute to the development and implementation of a training for NGO staff.

A.O. „Iniţiativa Pozitivă” invites qualified experts to express their interest to undertake the work described in the terms of reference. Elligibility will be assessed on the basis of submitted CVs.

Candidates will be evaluated in accordance with procedures established in the Guide for Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Evaluation of expert CVs will be based on the criteria described in the Terms of Reference. The candidate with the best qualifications will be invited to sign a contract.
