International consultant in the field of gamification for the public health sector 19 Decembrie 2024

Sources of funding: Agreement No. 035/TB-HIV-SUBGRANT/2024 of April 16, 2024, signed between the NGO "Positive Initiative" and The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center).

The Positive Initiative intends to apply a part of the proceeds to contract an international consultant (individual consultant) will be responsible to conduct an informative training session on gamification approaches in public health and, based on the list of indicators developed by the national expert, propose a “menu” (set) of gamification tools for achieving these indicators, considering the national digital ecosystem and context.
More detailed information related to requested service and qualification requirements of the consultant can be found in Terms of Reference (ToR) that are attached.

The Positive Initiative invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

 The Consultant should meet the following minimum qualifications requirements:
- Higher education in the field of information technologies;
- Proven Experience of a minimum of three years’ information systems and technologies;
- Experience in implementing gamification solutions in public health;
- Knowledge of best practices in HIV prevention and improving treatment adherence;
- Skills in developing educational materials and conducting online training sessions;
- Proficiency in Russian (knowledge of Romanian and English is an advantage.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

A Consultant will be selected on the basis of comparison of consultants’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.
